Exchange/Refund Policy

To return or exchange an item following the below policy, please email support@wildernessroasters.com or fill out the form below.

APPAREL
15 day limit for in-store credit
15 day limit for exchange
NO REFUNDS

GEAR
30 day limit for in-store credit
30 day limit for exchange
30 day limit for cash refund (refunded to payment method originally used to make purchase)
COFFEE
15 day limit for exchange (Store credit Only)
We only offer refunds when we (Wilderness Roasters is at fault) 

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection and will offer a store credit. You may be offered a refund if we are at fault.  If you’re not sipping with a smile, please contact us for a store credit. In some circumstances we will over a refund when the customer is at fault. However, the customer is required to return the coffee and cover a $9.95 replacement fee plus $6.95 return shipping.

Be sure to include the order number, item(s) you'd like to return/exchange, as well as reasoning. If requesting an exchange, let us know which item you'd like in exchange.
