Fast delivery

We aim to have all orders shipped within 2 business days and only ship USPS 2-3 day. However, we do experience delays due to volume, USPS, and general supply chain strain due to COVID-19.

Return Policy

We only offer refunds for items that are not delivered. We do offer store credit if you are not satisfied. We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. If you’re not sipping with a smile, please contact us for a store credit within 14 days of your order date.

Online support

We do our best to get back to everyone in a timely fashion. However, it can take up to 5 business days for us to resolve the issue. Most issues can be resolved by the customer through your customer portal. See FAQs for more info. We are a very small team and appreciate your support and understanding!

FAQ

Why was I charged after ordering a free trial product? ▼

  • In most instances you were charged because you did not cancel within the trial period. 80% of our customers unsubscribe during the trial period. After ordering you will receive reminders to set up your account and manage your subscriptions or trials. If you do not unsubscribe we assume you want to continue with your subscription. You will not receive a refund if your order has already processed.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription? ▼

  • You can cancel anytime before your next order has processed. You will need an account to cancel your subscription. If you have not yet set one up, you can can click "create account" below the green sign in button Click here to set up account or log in

Why didn't I receive my order? ▼

  • If you have not received your within 14 business days of ordering and the tracking states that it is "confirmed" or "lost in transit" we will happily reship you another order or offer you a store credit of equal value. Please click I need something else below and we'll help you out.

What is the Free Trial? ▼

  • The trial starts when your first order is placed. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or order fulfillment. You must cancel during the trial dates. We ask that all customers unsubscribe during the trial if they do not want to be billed for a subscription. A subscription or trial may be canceled via following our directions on the contact page at anytime before the next order has processed.

    Cancel anytime before coffee order has processed. If you do not cancel before your trial is up, your trial will auto-renew to (2) 12oz bags of our rotating subscription for $44.95/ month ($1.50 per day) + Shipping. Billed every 4 weeks until you cancel. Only one per customer. If you take advantage of more than one offer you will be billed immediately.

Do you offer coffee that isn't subscription? ▼

  • Yes we do! We offer individual 12 oz bags for sale here

Why can't I sign into my account? ▼

  • Most of the time when a customer can't sign in or you are receiving an error when trying to sign in it is because there hasn't been an account set up yet. You will need to create an account by clicking "create account" under the green sign in button on this page here.

  • Yes we do!! After your second purchase you will receive a lifetime 40% discount code. If you did not, please reach out to support@wildernessroasters.com and we'll be happy to send it to you.
