***CANCELLATION

You may cancel at any time before your order has processed. Once the order is processed we are unable to cancel the order.


***COFFEE RETURNS & REFUNDS
We only offer refunds for items that are not delivered. We do offer store credit if you are not satisfied. We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. If you’re not sipping with a smile, please contact us for a store credit within 14 days of your order date

 

FREE TRIAL 

The trial starts when your first order is placed. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or order fulfillment. You must cancel during the trial dates. We ask that all customers unsubscribe during the trial if they do not want to be billed for a subscription. A subscription or trial may be canceled via following our directions on the contact page at anytime before the next order has processed.

Cancel anytime before coffee order has processed. If you do not cancel before your trial is up, your trial will auto-renew to (2) 12oz bags of our rotating subscription for $44.95/ month ($1.50 per day) + Shipping. Billed every 4 weeks until you cancel. Only one per customer. If you take advantage of more than one offer you will be billed immediately.

 

NOTIFICATIONS

We send multiple reminders to set up an account to view your orders, shipping, subscription details and to manage your account. To see when you will be charged please do not hesitate to contact us at support@wildernessroasters.com or create an account then login by clicking the profile button at the top of the website.

We charge shipping for all subscriptions under $69.

FIRST 7 DAYS FREE PROMOTION

You will receive your first 7 days of coffee for free. This is a subscription product. You may cancel at any time! (Even right after you place your order). However, you must cancel before your order has processed. This product will auto renew in 7 days to a rotating subscription for one person (See product here). Billed every 6 weeks until you cancel or request to cancel.

 

FIRST MONTH FREE -- MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION ORDER POLICY

This is a 3 month subscription. Customer agrees to pay 3 months minimum in the event that they receive their first month of any subscription free. In the event you choose to cancel after you receive your free coffee, you will be charged a cancelation fee equal to the amount of free coffee you received. Why? We cannot send free coffee and sustain a business and once you place an order we sign a contract with the farmers to buy your coffee in advance for 3 months as a way to guarantee prices and income for the farmer families.

ORIGIN SUBSTITUTION

In our rotating subscription plans, we may substitute a different origin than what is reflected on the schedule if seasonality or shortages require it.

SUBSCRIPTION UPDATES
All requests for cancellations, change of address, or any deviation from a regular order must be made within 1 business day of the subscription order(s) going through. We require 1 business day as a way for us to ensure your order gets updated. We cannot put our sourcing, roasting, pick-up, drop-off, bagging, labeling, fulfilling, or shipping on hold for one customer. We thank you for recognizing all the steps it takes to get your coffee from sustainable farms to your table. The more time you give us the better. This allows our operations to run smoothly and allows you the best quality coffee on the planet. If your order bills on a weekend or nationally recognized holiday please take this into account. Cutoff time for Weekend auto renew is Wednesday at 11:59 PM PST.

 

ONLINE ORDER ISSUES
Entered the wrong address, email, or other info? We are happy to cover the cost of replacing the product, but ask you to cover the shipping cost of the replacement package.
